No. We only take payment in-studio on the day of your visit. We do, however, ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else.

We release Benoni package slots up to 4 weeks in advance. Weekday evenings and Saturdays fill up the fastest, so we recommend booking at least 7–10 days ahead if you need a specific time.
Can I come with a friend or partner?
Yes, we can host two guests at a time at the Benoni branch for most treatments. Mention this in the booking form and we’ll confirm times that work for both of you.
Is there parking near the Benoni studio?
There is secure on-site parking right outside our Benoni branch, as well as additional street parking during peak hours. We’ll send directions and parking details in your confirmation message.
